Alphabetize delegate mailbox access

Hi all,

Our admin account needs delegate access to all mailboxes to tweak certain things and check emails when users are out. Using 'gam user all users add delegate ad...@company.com' works great, but the list isn't alphabetized which makes it hard to find the user to access.

Anyone know how to alphabetize the list of delegated emails? For reference, this is how it looks atm:

This tenant has over 100 addresses, so this is pretty hard to manage.

GAM has no control over bow the list of delegate mailboxes is presented to a user. This seems like an awkward workflow to have one admin with access to all user mailboxes...

Open in a spreadsheet program

Sort by delegateAddress, then User

With Advanced GAM you can do:

gam all users print delegates shownames > Delegates.csv

Open in a spreadsheet program

Sort by delegateName, then User

Ross, I think OP's request here is to sort the mailboxes a user has delegate access to in the Google browser UI, not in GAM.

GAM can't do it, but the admin who manages the mailboxes can get an alphabetized list (just not within the account picker)-- it will take some initial setup time for them. They just need to create a bookmark for each delegated account. Then, they can organize the bookmarks in any way they like.
