Third-party apps

Hello everyone,

if I execute the command "gam all users print tokens todrive" I would expect to have the same number of users I see into the Admin console (Security / Access and Data control / API controls / Manage third-party app access / View list accessed apps).

Instead there is a difference about 20 / 30 users per app.

Is this normal ? What could it be due to ?

all users - all non-suspendeff users

Try this to get the tokens for everyone:

gam all users_ns_susp print tokens todrive

Hello Ross,

there are differences, however.

If I look for example at Canva app, I have:

with GAM:
All users --> gam all users_ns_susp print tokens todrive --> 635
Active users --> gam all users_ns print tokens todrive --> 605
Suspended users --> gam all users_susp print tokens todrive --> 30

into Admin Console:
Security --> API controls --> App access control --> Canva --> 615

Hi Dennis,

I also get discrepancies. If I check the Admin console, like you have, I get 1660. However, If I download the list from the Admin Console, I get 1662 (for the same ID), which does not make sense.

Sorry, I don't have an answer, just more discrepancies.
