gam command copy/move file folder

Hi all,
I need to copy a list of Drive file where another user is the owners and my user is shared with a writer permission.
What i need is copy file and recreate all path folder to the target.

Can I do this with a copy/move command of GAM / GAMADV-XTD3 ?
