Get groups that receive external email

to GAM for Google Workspace
Beside doing gam info group for every group is there a command that will tell me which groups can receive external email ?

For advanced GAM:
$ gam redirect csv ./groupPosting.csv print groups settings whoCanPostMessage
If anyone in the known universe can post the value of "whoCanPostMessage" will be ANYONE_CAN_POST.
