Can GAM help with this?

We have clients with document centers that use a network share for a scan target. We'd like to be able to monitor that destination and automatically upload any new files as they arrive from the scanner to a specific folder within a Team Drive.

I've glossed over the Wiki and it appears I might be able to, but I'm unsure of how to handle the monitoring a local folder for new arrivals.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Idk about GAM but you could setup an "rclone copy" with a cron job every x minutes

Thanks Andy,

I thought about doing something like that, but it only solves part of the problem. If the user is not logged in, file stream won't have the drive mounted and rclone won't have the target available. Thoughts?

My apologies. I wasn't aware rclone would let me copy to Google Drive. Looking into this now.
