Send Calendar Invites from Email Alias

Would it be possible to use GAM to set up Google Calendar invites to be sent out from the Google Email Alias instead of the primary email?

Nope. Best practice is to make the address a user should appear as publicly their primary address. That way Calendar and Drive emails will use this address.
