Would appreciate help regarding the command to find out the users in an OU who are using login_challenge_method=idv_preregistered_phone for 2-Step Verification.

Here's the API documentation: https://developers.google.com/admin-sdk/directory/reference/rest/v1/users

I don't see login_challenge_method as being available.

Hmm, good idea for a report, but what does this mean?

It also states this for all such events.

is_second_factor
FALSE

Sometimes those event also get this. Totally confusing. Is that the CAPTCHA challenge, and the user is entering the wrong letters?
