Shared Drive ACLs: Remove permissions for anyone not in specific domain

I have a list of files that shows the owner, the Shared Drive File ID, and ACLs for everyone shared on it. What I'd like to do is remove anyone shared on these files that aren't from the org's domain, and an additional domain. Anyone have any experience doing this since I'd be removing everyone that isn't in 1 of 2 domains?

Hi Ross!

Photo below. This goes all the way to column CL (permissions.28.id) for a specific file. Not all of them have the same number of people shared on it.
