Change User Made Calendar Ownership upon Termination

I am running GAMADV-XTD3 6.15.23

We have employees terminating who have made calendars that include other employees. If the employee doesn't give their manager "Make Changes and Manage Sharing" rights, we have no control over that calendar. 

Is there a way using GAM to: 

1. List what calendars the terminating employee are managers of? 
2. Swooping through each of those calendars and giving their manager "Make Changes and Manage Sharing" permissions?
