Scott:
GAMADV can access shared drives (formerly team drives) but I’m not convinced that the API exposes the data you would typically want in a usage report.
Caveat: GAM can not access shared drives directly, it must impersonate a user with access to the drive to pull any data.
Check out the WIKI to see if you think what can be done is what you want to do.
