Team Drives storage report

Hello,

Is it possible to use GAM or GAMADV to pull a storage/usage report on Team Drives?

GAMADV can access shared drives (formerly team drives) but I’m not convinced that the API exposes the data you would typically want in a usage report.

 

Caveat:  GAM can not access shared drives directly, it must impersonate a user with access to the drive to pull any data.

 

Check out the WIKI to see if you think what can be done is what you want to do.

hi Scott, if it's purely the size then the standard Admin view of the drive gives you the storage used (MB or GB etc) and how much as a percentage of maximum.

If you simply want file counts then gam user <organizer> print filecounts select teamdriveid <id>  will give a great summary. I haven't come across a way of getting the actual space used, apart from using the Admin console.
