Hello,

In my organization I am looking to change access to all documents in our environment to Restricted. However, I can't find any real way to do that. I know in the Security Center I can change a document to be restricted but since that is based on event logs that data is limited to documents created within about a year's time frame. I am looking to do it for every document ever created in our environment.

Send me a private Meet/Zoom option to discuss the steps you'll need to take.

Hi Derrek,

I assume Ross solved this for you, but you should just be able to remove the permission ID for each file. Your org permission ID is the same on every file.
