Shared Drives Storage Management

Dear team,

We have over 870 shared drives in our university, and I'm looking for the best way to identify all shared drives and their settings. I'm currently on GAM version 7.29.01.

The most important ones are owners and storage used. The Google Workspace GUI has a breakdown of shared drives but it doesn't provide export.

I tried a few commands, but none of them were able to provide me with the shared drive storage limit.

1. gam redirect csv ./SharedDriveACLs.csv print shareddriveacls oneitemperrow

2. gam config csv_input_row_filter "organizers:regex:^.+$" redirect csv ./SharedDriveUsage.csv multiprocess redirect stderr - multiprocess csv SharedDriveOrganizers.csv gam user "~organizers" print filecounts select teamdriveid "~id" addcsvdata createdTime "~createdTime" sizefield size showsize

I don't know of any API that gives the storage limit, thus GAM can't help.

It's interesting that you have a Shared Drive with a Storage LImit of 300GB that has 1.29TB of data on it.
