Hello,
thank you for your awesome job!
1) I would like to understand if is possible list multiple events from a start date and a end date for all users.
2) Then, I would like to delete multiple events from all users from a start date and a end date.
In addition, if possible, I wanted to know if it was possible to delete events for specific users (many users)
Is possible using standard GAM?

I believe printing events requires GAMADV-XTD3.
Then you can do something like below. I used additional CSV filtering to find events for a particular date.
