Stopping a google Takeout?

Is there a way to stop a google takeout?

I cannot get any of these commands to show me any completed or past transfers or takeouts.

gam show transfers status inprogress
Show 0 Transfer Requests
% gam show transfers status failed    
Show 0 Transfer Requests
% gam show transfers status completed
Show 0 Transfer Requests
% gam show datatransfers status completed
Show 0 Transfer Requests

Data transfers are not the same thing as Google takeout. The data transfer API supports inserting (creating), getting (get one) and listing (get many). There is no api method to update or cancel a transfer request this nothing GAM can do here:

Google Support is sometimes hard to get to:

In the chat bot you must ask two or three times. "Please connect me to real person for google support"

Google Support says:

There is no dedicated support for Google Takeouts. Only forums is available.

Google Support says:

1. Turn off Google Takeout for all users.

2. Ask the user to it on her end by accessing this link: https://takeout.google.com/settings/takeout ask her to do it in the computer and look for the option to "stop".

3. There is no google Admin interface for Takeout.
