Hi, my team and I are providing reports of actions being taken on particular Looker Studio assets. In particular, they are interested in what users are given access to specific Looker Studio assets. If the user's domain does not belong to a list of approved domains, they reach out to the owner of the Looker Studio file and ask them to remove the user. If the owner is unresponsive, they ask our manager to forcibly revoke access to the account in question using GAM.

My question: When the Looker Studio API permissions.revokeAllPermissions method is evoked, does it not get logged internally? I can see that the owner added the offending user, but when we use the Looker Studio API to revoke access, the action can't be found in the audit logs.

We would like to provide confirmation via CHANGE_USER_ACCESS events to the team so they can rest assure the offending user was removed, but not sure if I'm not looking at the correct logs.

Send me a private Meet/Zoom invitation and we can investigate.

Hi Ross,

Thank you kindly for the offer to assist. My manager ask me to log a ticket with Google support instead.

I'll ask if this thread can be deleted, that would be great.

Thanks,
