GAM report for forwarding addresses does not include admin-created forwards

Hello folks.

I'm trying to produce some reports by using the "gam all users print forwards todrive" command (I know I can refine this further with CSV filters and such, but just working with the base command right now as I test things).

While testing, I noticed that some results I would expect to come up, do not. In playing around with this, I suspect that what's occurring is that forwards which are created by an admin through the API (eg, "gam user us...@domain.com add forwardingaddress em...@tld.com) do not show up in this report.

Is anyone able to confirm if this is correct/known behavior? If so, is there a way to include admin-created forwards, or at least get them in a separate report? If that isn't the factor here (or we're unsure) can I have some help on how to further test/debug?

Thanks for that Ross. I erroneously figured that forwards and forwardingaddresses were "synonyms" here. I switched the term and get the desired behavior. Thanks!

A user can have multiple forwarding addresses but only one active forward using one of those addresses.
