Replacing ediscovery matter with GAM search

Hi folks,

I would like to build a shortcut with gam that creates a vault matter, query, and export, then downloads just the metadata csv for review. I have gotten as far as creating/downloading the export. How can I avoid downloading all the mbox files and just get the metadata.csv?

Not exactly but this helped me figure out a way forward. The files have a predictable link structure:

https://vault.usercontent.google.com/download/matters/<matterID>/exports/<exportID>/files/<#>

The last # is 0-4 and -1 where:

0: <Export name>-1.zip (the mbox/pst files)
1: <Export name>_counts-metadata.xml
2: <Export name>_counts-metadata.csv
3: <Export name>_counts-errors.xml
4: <Export name>_counts-result-counts.csv
-1: File checksums

So I just need to capture the IDs and plug them into the URL. Thanks Ross!
