Errors when adding guardians for Google Classroom

Greetings!

Yesterday, I used a csv file to send invitations to parents/guardians. The command I run is fine, however, the results show "Service no applicable/Does not exist: The caller does not have permission"

I did some searching on this and ran the command "gam <my email address> check serviceaccount". All 38 scopes passed and the only warning is about the Service Account Private Key age which is 437 days. I go through the steps to update the authorization.

I ran the command again this morning and am getting the same results. The check serviceaccount command shows the same results as yesterday. Any tips on what else I should look at? Should I create a new project?
