GAM - ZTE Enrollment Token aka Pre-Provisioning Token

Does anyone know if there are GAM commands to:

Create ZTE Enrollment Tokens?

Print / Export / List ZTE Enrollment Tokens?

If you're unfamiliar with what ZTE Tokens are (aka pre-provisioning token, Zero Touch Enrollment Token)... This video & page sums it up nicely:

The goal would be:

1. Generate ZTE Tokens for about 100 different OUs
   1. I don't mind running 100 lines of GAM commands; I can prepare that line-by-line and then paste into the console
2. Export/list/print the name of the OU and the ZTE token for that Organizational Unit

This would allow us to create ZTE tokens for many Chromebook Cart OUs, provide that to large order we're placing, and then have the Chromebooks enrolled in the correct OU, without having to click, copy/paste a million times. A perfect task for GAM!

There's no API to generate the tokens thus no way GAM can do this.

My suggestion would be to keep it simple and only generate one enrollment token. Then as devices are pre-provisioned, move them into the proper cart orgunit.

Came across this thread.

Our Chromebook reseller wants to charge $4/device for ZTE.  I assume this is some simple command.
Is there a method to get our device serials into the console for Pre-Provisioning without paying this fee?
I searched the APIs, but not sure if this basic step is limited to reseller.
