Hello all,
I'm trying to see if a command can be formed that can search for files that are shared, but do not have link share enabled. I've hit a wall in that I can't find any query that would satisfy. Any thoughts are welcome!

Neil,
Try this:
gam user us...@donain.com print filelist query "visibility='domainCanFind' or visibility='anyoneCanFind'"
Add desired fields to the end of the command.
