set delegates with gam advxtd3

Greetings fine gentlemen,

I was trying to add delegates (multiple users into an specific account) 

gam user <shared email address> delegate to <user email address> 

It looked like it accepted it, an actually i ran a print to show names, and it did display the needed delegates, but when checking in from gmail settings, i am not able to identify the delegated account, is there any bug, or anything else that i would need to enable?  

Any help would be appreciated.

In the Admin Console, to go Apps/Google Workspace/Settings for Gmail/User Settings
Is Mail delegation enabled?

I do appreciate you, i am the only one left at Dito since Jose and Michael Purdue left recently so i am to use GAM more frequently.

Has this been solved? 

Even though the delegation has been enabled in Admin Console/Apps/Google Workspace/Settings for Gmail/User Settings a user still cannot log in to a delegated account. Please advise.

Verified that Mail Delegation is enabled in the OUs for both accounts?

Yes, it's enabled as you can see here. 
It's done according to https://support.google.com/a/answer/7223765?hl=en

I'm out of ideas.

Is reset password at next login set to true for the delegator?

Nope. I have access to both users and log in/out without password change requests. So, that's also not the case.

I'd advise opening a support ticket with Google if it has been more than 24 hours since you have delegated access.
