Issue installing GAM due to proxy server & firewall

My customer is trying to install GAM on her workstation, but they VPN into work and have firewalls in place. She is not able to connect to the GAM server and is receiving an error message. See below. Can someone help?

Thanks Jay. We had them install GAM using the cloud shell. That worked well.
