WinError 10061

Greetings,

Just started getting this message on my work computer.

ERROR: [WinError 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

Tried it on my home computer and GAM works perfectly.

So I believe that something is blocking access from our work network - we have something similar to Cisco Umbrella protecting our work network.  Is there a url or IP that we need to check and see if it is being blocked?

Couldn't get to api.github.com so I added a file named "noupdatecheck.txt".
