Add a forward address error

So when I add a forwarding address in a user account I need to verify the account so it an be added as forwarding email. 

When I put the second command gam user "usernemail"  forward on keep "forwardemail" I get an error ERROR: 400: Invalid forwarding address - failedPrecondition

 

 Not sure why this is happening. I moved gam from a PC W1O to a MAC and back to a PCw10.

Jerry,

You first have to add the forwarding address to the user:

gam user "usernemail"  add forwardingaddress "forwardemail"

Then do:

gam user "usernemail"  forward on keep "forwardemail"
