GAM to upload home folders from local to drive

Can GAM upload a folder of work with all contents from users Home Folder in a Windows/AD environment and put it in the users Google Drive environment.

Traditionally I've had users share a folder then I've manually moved them, but I would like a system which doesn't involve sharing with individuals.

I have just been through this - use rclone (https://rclone.org/drive/). You will want to setup "Service Account Support" and "Enable G Suite Domain-wide Delegation" - this allows you to "impersonate" a user and access their "My Drive".
