Removing users from google directory

Is there a gam command to remove users from the directory? Where I'm at do not delete users, they suspend their accounts. I also need to remove them form the directory so they don't pop up in gmail or anywhere if you start typing their info in.

gam update user som...@email.com gal off
"gal on" to turn it back on
gal = global access list
Search for "gal off" in the text

Make a CSV file Users.csv with one column: primaryEmail
primaryEmail
...
gam csv Users.csv gam update user "~primaryEmail" gal off

Bulk remove users from Google directory using this command
gam csv <CSV File Name>.csv gam delete user ~email
gam csv <CSV File Name>.csv gam delete user ~email
