new error with delegation ?

Add Failed: Delegator user cannot have any more delegates

I don't think I have seen this before the account has Google Workspace Enterprise Plus

Anyway to over come it?

Gmail imposes limitations on the number of delegates and delegators each user in a Google Workspace organization can have. These limits depend on your organization, but in general each user can have up to 25 delegates and up to 10 delegators.

Doesn't this contradict https://workspaceupdates.googleblog.com/2021/01/expanding-gmail-delegate-limit-to-1000.html and https://support.google.com/a/answer/7223765 where Google states you can have up to 1000 delegates?
