List all Google Forms and Including Owners and Users they are Shared with

Evening,

Is there a method to pull a report of all Google Forms including the owners and the users the form has been sahred with. I have not seen this exact scenario in any of the documentation. Any guidance is appreciated as always.

I'm getting several errors when attempting to execute this one. See images below.
