using "gam ou_and_children / print filecount todrive" i was able to generate a report of the number of files each user owns, and thus i think give me a total of all files in my organization, but this doesn't seem to differentiate between files in shared drives vs personal drives.
Is there any way or command to find the total number of files that exist in all shared drives? I see commands for enumerating files in specified shared drives, but can it be done for all shared drives combined in one go?

Nate,

The command you executed does not include files on Shared Drives.

will get file counts/sizes for Shared Drives. It requires Advanced GAM.

Ross, you're amazing. Where's the link for me to buy you a cup of coffee or beverage of your choice?

Bumping old thread here. Is it possible to simply use gam to get the file count of a single team drive without using a Python script? Looking to reduce complexity lol. Thanks!

Thank you Ross! I should just use the drive owner here to get an accurate count correct?

Bryan,

Any drive manager will do.
