Can GAMADV-XTD3 able to manage Apps Scripts?

A few people in my org have shared Apps Scripts with me. Those people are no longer in our org. 

I would like to change ownership of those scripts. Can GAMADV-XTD3 do this?

If you ae still using gamadv-xtd3 you should upgrade to gam7.
