Manage Signatures

Hello again,

Currently all the users created their signature using a template manually. This mean that all users named the signature with what ever name wanted (e.g. John, Sig, ssss etc). 
I would like to ask:

a/ if there is any way using GAM ADV to delete all signatures in order after the deletion to push a new common signature with the same name?

b/ Is any with using GAM ADV, when we push the new signature to select the:
For New Emails Use
On Reply/Forward Use

and check Insert Signature before quoted text in replies and remove the "--" line that precedes it?

Myron,

There is no concept of deleting a signature, you simply update it.

1, 2 and 3 are not accessible by the API, thus GAM can't set them.

Hello Ross 

First of all thank you for helping us with our problems!

We have noticed that if you push a new signature to a user, GAM create new signature with name "My Signature" and also same time change the Signature Defaults "For New Emails Use" to new Signature "My Signature"

Do you know if it is another way to change the On Reply/Forward Use somehow and not manual?

Finally, i am using GAM advanced to export all the current signatures from all our users. We found out that if a users has 2 signatures, the GAM exports only the Signature that is as Defaults. Is any other way to export ALL the signatures and their name?

Myron,

The Gmail API that GAM uses is limited, it can't set On Reply/Forward Use and it only sets/displays the default signature.
