error 65 'no route to host'

Thanks for GAM, it has saved me tons of time!

As of today I'm getting error 65 when I try to do anything with GAM. It worked last week!

Google Apps Domain: pvpa.org

Error: [Errno 65] No route to host

I've created a proxy exception on my computer for googleapis.com, and a firewall rule to pass all traffic to 173.194.73.0/24, but those steps haven't helped.
