I introduced a bug in 7.30.00 that affects reading CSV files. I have reverted the current version of GAM back to 7.29.04.
You should upgrade(downgrade) back to 7.29.04 to avoid the problem.
I'm am working on the gix.

If you want to continue using 7.30.00 while waiting for the bug fix, you can do the following:
gam select default config input_dir "." save
