Error: API Access Denied - after a while

I'm running this command

     gam all users delete othercontacts query old...@domain.com

which is working beautifully, however after about 50+ contacts it threw up ERROR: API access Denied

I tried running it again - this time it worked until it hit 110 contacts and threw the same error.

Is there a way to resolve this? I have 746 contacts to go through in total

Weird, I'm getting the same error for 900 users. But it doesn't happen when I delete contacts instead of othercontacts
