What are the headers of your CSV file?

Well, so far, I only have a list of e-mails on csv and it occurred to me the possibility of creating this meet via csv because it may be necessary to do it again and again.

Seems like it would be best solved with a Google Group of these users and a recurring calendar event?

Thank you for your contributions.

Jay, your idea is correct. Just to contextualize, as we want to continue distance classes via Google Classroom, we thought of providing a meet so that teachers can interact with students, the intention was to insert the link of the meet in each class and include in this meet the students of this class.

As Jay said, apparently the solution is to create an agenda for each class and in this agenda enable the link to meet. Now the question is, how to do this via Gam?

I have the data of the classes, members of each class, dates and times of the classes, can you tell me where in the documentation I find what I need?

Trying to understand how you want the data to flow. It sounds like maybe you want to:
  1. Start with a Google Classroom Course
  2. Grab the Google Group associated to the course, the "courseGroupEmail" attribute.
  3. Create an event on the calendar of this group for the actual course time.
  4. Make sure the event has a Google Meet generated for it.
  5. Grab that Meet URL and post it elsewhere.
Is that what you're looking for?

Yes Jay, it's almost that. My classes already exist, now we wanted to associate them on the agenda with the links to meet. (As our teachers and students are at home, they want to reproduce the class schedules in google classroom, the logo for each class will be its own event and its link will be found). Believing that the solution goes this way: Select the class group, create the events (with a pro meet link) and add the events to the agenda of all class participants. Does the GAM agenda section have commands for adding events to a group?

Flavio,

With the current version 5.00.08 of Advanced GAM (https://github.com/taers232c/GAMADV-XTD3) I think you can get started.

Add an event to the course (alias Algebra101) calendar to notify class participants of their next online class.
gam calendar domain.com_cla...@group.calendar.google.com add event summary "Friday Online Math Class" description "Algebra Refresher" start 2020-03-20T10:00:00-08:00 end 2020-03-20T10:59:59-08:00 hangoutsmeet notifyattendees selectattendees courseparticipants d:Algebra101
