We were recently deploying Gemini to a handful of GWS users using a security group for a custom schema, but we wanted to confirm if the service was enabled for an individual user after they were added to the group. Is there a GAM command to show all services and/or features enabled for a particular user or user group?

Thank you,
Brent

Bumping this back up in case someone has an idea on how to do this.

I found a way to see the individual apps that are turned on per user in the Users section of the Google Admin portal, but I could not see a way to check the status of some services in that same section. Hopefully there is a GAM command that can do both.

For example, I want to know if Jane Doe has 1) the Gemini app enabled, 2) the NotebookLM app enabled, 3) the AI Studio app enabled, and 4) the Gemini for Workspace services enabled (Gmail, Drive, Meet, and Chat).

Thank you.

I think you might be looking for the Policy API, perhaps, but I don't know if GAM supports it yet:

Hope that helps,

Ian

Thank you for the links. I'll read up on it.

At first glance, it looks like this can help with figuring out what security groups might do, but it doesn't look like it can be run against a particular user to see what apps/services they have access to, unless I'm missing something.

Thank you!
