Delete email address from 'othercontacts' for all users?

Trying to delete a specific email address from all users contacts, especially the 'Other contacts" list.

I've tried this along with a few different variations

gam user bi...@domain.com delete othercontact em...@gmail.com

But i keep getting "Delete Failed: Does not exist". Is it possible to do this for all users at once?
