Change Primary Email address to another domain

I am looking to change the primary domain for a list of users (fbsusers.csv, which is a list of their primary emails) to a new domaain. So us...@olddomain.com would change to us...@domainnew.com

gam csv fbsusers.csv gam update user ~primaryEmail email ~newEmail
