Hello Ross,

We need to delete the event from all the invitees calendar created by deleted user.

As the Silently cancel further event option is disabled from Admin Console.

Can you quickly help here?

Thanks,
Rohan

Hi

I faced a similar need a week or two go. Here's what I ended up with:

gam calendar user(at)domain.com delete event id <id> <doit>

I've also run this as the following to make sure the event is deleted from everyone's calendars:
gam csv users.csv gam calendar ~userEmail delete event id <id> <doit>

I'm working with a similar problem, but I get a 404 that the event ID is not found. But it's the Event ID out of the Calendar URL for the event.

Erik,

The Event ID in the URL is not the internal Event ID used in the API.

Contact me directly for additional help.

Did anyone ever figure this out? I'm looking for the same behavior as the Admin Interface "Events cancellation"

Hi  Jeffrey

Sorry but what means the <doit> at the end of your command?

In the command

gam calendar user(at)domain.com delete event id <id> <doit>”

The <doit> is optional (thus the <> notation) but because most (if not all) deletes can’t be undone a confirmation step is required to actually perform the deletion.  The second confirmation is the “doit”
