Unable to run GAM 3.02

I am unable to get GAM 3.02 running on Windows 7. I have downloaded GAM and extracted it to C:\Gam.

I have created the client_secrets.json file as per the instructions and copied to C:\Gam.

When I run 'gam.exe info domain' i get the following returned - 'To make GAM run you will need to populate the client_secrets.json file'.

I have checked and double checked that client_secrets.json is in C:\Gam.

Please help.

I am having the same problem on Windows 7. The new admin console is different from the one in the instructions.
