Shared Drives: All organizers are deleted accounts

I have a list of Shared Drives whose organizers and members consist of only deleted accounts.

When I try to add my account as the organizer, I receive an error "Add Failed: Cannot share a shared drive with non-Google accounts." I suspect this is because the organizer is deleted. (If I export the ACLs on the SharedDrive, the pm field permissions.0.deleted is TRUE and lists no email address)

The accounts cannot be undeleted since they were deleted over 25 days ago. Is there another way besides the Admin Console?

What command did you run? make sure that the user account that you are trying to add is a valid Google account. (the error message suggests that it's not a Google account)

#Prepare shared_drives.csv with id as the column header containing IDs of Shared Drives. Replace $username as a valid user email that shows up in Google Admin Console
gam csv shared_drives.csv gam add drivefileacl "~id" user $username role organizer asadmin

Thanks for the reply Brian. About 20 seconds after I posted this I realized my error. Due to some recent changes, the account I was using no longer existed - thus the error. Doh.
