Cannot use "gam select NAME save" to add new domain

I added a new client domain to gam.cfg, and created a new folder in the same location, as per usual. (Done this many times before.)

However, when trying to setup the new domain using "gam select NAME save," I get an ERROR: Section; NAME, Not Found every time. I've checked spelling, capitalization, format, location, everything. I made sure I'm running the latest GAM7 too. All other domains work, just not the new one!

Any ideas?
