Check if managed domain is also Gmail activated

I am trying to print a list of all our managed domains which are verified AND have Gmail activated.  

`gam print domains` doesn't seem to have a field to show if a domain has email activated for it, and I didn't see anything in the API docs, but maybe I am missing something. 

I can see in Google Admin > Account > Domains > Manage Domains -- 

The "Gmail activated" / "Activate Gmail" field is what I need.
