is it possible delete ALL files and folders without Generate a list ? something like 
gam user te...@domain.com delete drivefile all_items ?

At its simplest, you can execute this command as documented
gam redirect stdout ./PurgeTopLevelFilesFolders.txt redirect stderr stdout user us...@domain.com purge drivefile my_top_items

Hi,

When I try to use these commands in PowerShell or CMDLine, GAM does not recognize "redirect" or "stdout".  What would be the equivalent, please, in PowerShell?

You need to be running 6.76.06.
