GAM info Domain results

to GAM for Google Workspace
I am trying to find where to update contactname and phone that is reported when I run: gam info domain (see sample output below).

I have updated subscriptions, billing info and admin info in Google Admin Console, I have updated GoDaddy.com under the website hosting information. I have waited a week since those changes and still no luck.

No. I can't find them in the Admin Console.

I started there. They looked up all contact names and phone numbers and could not find the one showing in gam info domain. I next went to godaddy where the MX records are set and could not find it there either.

Oh well, I guess I can just force it to what I want with gam customer update command and move on. I just was hoping to find where info was in the console or other application...

Try running

gam config debug_level 1 info domain

That will show you the exact API calls GAM is making to get that information. You can then share those calls with Google support, to get around their reflexive “we don’t support GAM” response. As in telling them “I’m doing these API calls and getting these strange results,” not “I’m using GAM and getting these strange results.”
