Find all shared links (internal)

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if there was a way using GAM to find all files that are shared out from users one drives.

Backstory I recently noticed that many users are creating folders in their team drives and sharing with their team. the only time an admin finds out about this is when a user is deleted.

I am hoping to find a way to show 

all shared link across the org

i was trying this command gam user user@domain print filelist fullquery "sharedWithMe=True" id title owners permissions

but it does seem to be returning a result that makes any sense and that is only with the users one drive. i need to be able to search across one drives to see where a user is the owner of the file?
