remove disabled account from all groups

I have about 950 accounts in a disabled accounts OU that I need to remove from their various  groups.  How can I go about this?

Update:

I came across this command which did the job....

gam csv NoGroupsUsers.csv gam user "~primaryEmail" delete groups

[Bassel Massamiri]

gam user f...@domain.com delete groups

gam ou /DisabledAcctsOU delete groups

Replace /DisabledAcctsOU with the actual OU.
