Add a Shortcut to the Drive of a Specified User

Hi all,

Is it possible to add a shortcut of my folder in Drive to another user's My Drive?
Is it possible to obtain the Drive ID of a specified user in GAMADV-XTD3?

# user1 shares a folder with user2; adjust role as desired                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
$ gam user us...@domain.com add drivefileacl <FolderID> user us...@domain.com role writer nodetails
User: us...@domain.com, Add 1 Drive File/Folder ACL
  User: us...@domain.com, Drive File/Folder ID: <FolderID>, Permission ID: us...@domain.com, Added
# user 2 makes a shortcut to the folder in their My Drive                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
$ gam user us...@domain.com create drivefileshortcut <FolderID> parentid root
User: us...@domain.com, Create Drive File Shortcuts for 1 Drive File/Folder
  User: us...@domain.com, Drive Folder: ShareWithU2, Create 1 Drive File Shortcut
    User: us...@domain.com, Drive Folder: ShareWithU2, Drive File Shortcut: ShareWithU2(<ShortcutID>), Created
