Uh oh - GAM vs GAMADV-XTD3 confusion?

I initially installed Advanced GAM a couple of years ago and all was working perfectly.

I accidentally "upgraded" to regular GAM and now I am having trouble with Advanced GAM.  Even after I correctly installed the most recent Advanced GAM and get a correct version check, when I run the gam commands, it seems to revert back to GAM and not Advanced GAM (despite my Path variable only including the Advanced GAM folder and even manually changing my folder to C:\GAMADV-XTD3).

Help?

GAM keeps prompting me to authorize and create a project.

How do I uninstall GAM without having to reinstall Advanced GAM and re-authorizing the project etc.?
