Error in purging

Hello Support,

I'm deleting the files of an account thru mimetype, I'm using this command.

gam user (email) delete drivefile "query:mimeType = 'mimetype'" purge.

And I'm encountering errors like this.

 

<HttpError 500 when requesting https://www.googleapis.com/drive/v2/files/0B1kTjLDICdZ8aTVBUXNIUThoem8?supportsAllDrives=true returned "Internal Error". Details: "[{'message': 'Internal Error', 'domain': 'global', 'reason': 'internalError'}]">

How to resolved this error?

I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I didn't continue adding an admin account to each shared drive. Because of the Data Privacy Policy, we have in our organization.
